Gaming Nation Inc. Announces Completion of Acquisition of Certain Assets of Circle Media, Inc.

TORONTO, Jan. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Gaming Nation Inc. ("Gaming Nation") is pleased to announce the closing of its acquisition of certain assets of Circle Media, Inc. ("Circle Media"). Circle Media, with their proprietary Fan.Dex Data Management Solution, is a data management and business intelligence solution that enables users to manage and leverage their fan information. By merging data sources from a variety of vendors and fan engagement touch points, the Fan.Dex platform creates a single unique fan profile with enriched and validated data.

Through Gaming Nation's wholly-owned subsidiary, 5050 Central Ltd., existing clients will benefit from the addition of the Fan.Dex technology as it will create the opportunity to provide detailed demographic data to further enhance their fundraising raising initiatives.
