Gar Wood Securities, LLC, Supports The STAC Scholarship Fund Hockey Tournament
CHICAGO, July 7, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gar Wood Securities is proud to be one of the lead sponsors in the 2nd Annual Security Traders Association of Chicago (STAC) Fund Face Off Hockey Tournament.
The tournament will be a one night event, which is held in Chicago at Johnny's Ice House on July 16, 2015 from 4pm to 9:30pm. Most of the players in the tournament are amateur players from Chicagoland and are affiliated within the financial services industry. This year's event will include a few players from the East coast, and we hope to attract teams from various cities next year. The players will be paired off into four teams and will play two games.
The cost for spectators to watch is $25.00 per person, which includes cocktails and appetizers following the game.

The STAC Scholarship Fund awards college scholarships to students and various charitable and educational institutions.
The STAC Fund is a charitable organization that also makes donations to the American Red Cross, Windy City Habitat for Humanity, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, among others.
