Gartner Positions Eccentex in the Visionaries Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management
Evaluation Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute
LOS ANGELES, March 31, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Eccentex Corporation, a leading provider of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and BPM platform-as-a-service (PaaS) applications for Dynamic Case Management (DCM), today announced it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the Visionaries quadrant of the "Magic Quadrant for BPM-Platform-Based Case Management Frameworks."
Gartner's Magic Quadrant positions players in major technology markets. According to the report, "In this Magic Quadrant analysis, we specifically evaluated the architectural elements of the CMF, the breadth and depth of business domain functionality included, and the interrelationship between the framework and its dependent execution environment."
This report evaluated Eccentex's Dynamic Case Management Framework 2.0, and its MyCaseRecords solution. Gartner noted, "Visionaries align with Gartner's view of how a market will evolve, but they can have fewer proven capabilities and customers to demonstrate delivery against that vision. For vendors and customers, Visionaries often are seen as higher risk/higher reward. Gartner's criteria for completeness of vision includes business model, innovation, and market understanding, which aligns with Eccentex's business strategy, as well as marketing strategy, sales strategy, offering (product) strategy, vertical/industry strategy and geographic strategy. The criteria for ability to execute includes product or service, overall viability, sales execution/pricing, market responsiveness/record, marketing execution, customer experience, and operations.
