GAT Issues Statement on Commitment To Safety of Product Line

MONROE, Conn., April 10, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- GAT, manufacturer of premium supplement products used by athletes to increase strength and performance, has suspended distribution and sales of their current JetFuel Superburn and T-300 products due to potential safety concerns.

Charles Moser, CEO of GAT, issued the following statement today:

Safety is, has always been, and will continue to be our highest priority at GAT.

GAT has already taken the proactive step to voluntarily suspend the distribution and sales of two of our most popular products. This decision is being made in the best interest of our loyal consumers.

Upon becoming aware of the potential for safety concerns, we immediately launched a detailed investigation. We have engaged both internal and external resources to evaluate the safety profile of the Superburn and T-300 products in particular, as well as all GAT products.

These actions are part of our company standard procedure to safeguard our consumers and ensure that the products we offer are first and foremost safe. We will continue to advance this investigation to its proper and best conclusion for our consumers.

To date there have been no reports of serious adverse events in the U.S. regarding the use of these products as formulated. We continually seek to improve our products and ensure their safety. It is also important to note that GAT has been in the process of reformulating the JetFuel line of products for a potential 3Q 2015 launch. Given these recent concerns, we will accelerate this process.
