WASHINGTON, Aug. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On August 23, 2011, Gateway Energy & Resource Holdings, LLC (formerly known as TCW Energy Partners, LLC, "Gateway"), a company focused on investments in global energy and infrastructure, will report its Second Quarter 2011 results and release its quarterly financial statements for the quarter-ended June 30, 2011. Additionally, Gateway is also expected to declare a distribution for the Second Quarter of 2011. The record date for the distribution will be August 23, 2011 and the distribution will be paid on September 1, 2011.
