(GCR), expanded this week by acquiring MB3 of Ottawa, Canada, a leading provider of recovery and grants management software. Integrating MB3 products into GCR's suite creates a robust offering for clients that manage, oversee, and distribute federal funding, including HUD, FEMA, aviation agencies, and municipalities.
