GDC 2011 Announces Summit Line-Up and Call For Submissions

SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The call for submissions to present summit sessions at the 2011 Game Developers Conference® (GDC) is now open through Thursday, October 14, 2010.  The GDC Summits take place during the first two days of GDC and offer content along a variety of specialized topics.  This year, the conference is introducing the GDC Smartphone Summit, which brings top developers from around the world to share ideas, best practices and discuss the future of the emerging smartphone and related platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Android OS phones, tablets, Blackberry and a variety of handheld devices. The summits also include the return of dedicated programs focused on Game Localization, Game Education, Independent developers, and Artificial Intelligence, Serious Games, Social, and Online game development.
