The program will provide an overview of industry performance this past winter and an electricity and natural gas summer price forecast.  Weissman will also discuss the re-emergence of climate change as an important national issue as well as recent and potential federal actions related to Clean Air Act restrictions, hydraulic fracturing and LNG exports.
