  • LYNK & CO ist eine neue Marke, die die Konventionen der Automobilindustrie infrage stellen möchte, um so auf die Bedürfnisse und Vorlieben der neuen globalen, vernetzten Generation einzugehen.
  • Die neue Marke der Geely Auto Group wurde in Schweden entworfen und entwickelt.
  • Sämtliche Modelle werden über Elekroantrieb verfügen.
  • Zuerst wird der LYNK & CO 01 eingeführt, ein gewagter Geländewagen mit allen technischen Extras.
  • Komplette Premiumspezifikationen und -merkmale gehören zur Standardausführung.
  • Auch die mobile Konnektivität gehört zum Standard. Geely hat sich mit Ericsson zusammengetan und erforscht mit Alibaba und Microsoft einzigartige Vertriebsmethoden.
  • Das bisher vernetzteste Auto, bei dem auf eine offene API gesetzt und Entwickler eingeladen werden, das Nutzererlebnis mit ihren kreativen Ideen zu bereichern.
  • Geely versucht, neue Ansätze für Besitz und Nutzung von Autos zu finden und stellt unter anderem integrierte Funktionen zum Teilen sowie neue Eigentumslösungen bereit.
  • Traditionelle Ausstattungsvarianten werden mit einer einfachen Auswahl kompletter Kollektionen zum Festpreis ersetzt, die von den Mode- und Technologiesektoren inspiriert wurden.
  • Es kommt eine neue Vertriebsmethode zum Einsatz, die eine direkte Interaktion zwischen Hersteller und Verbraucher, personalisierte Dienstleistungen und unkomplizierte Eigentumsmodelle bei äußerst konkurrenzfähigen Preisen ermöglicht.
  • Basiert auf Compact Modular Architecture (CMA), die mit Volvo geteilt wird.
  • Die Markteinführung erfolgt weltweit ab 2017; zuerst in China, gefolgt von Europa und den USA.

Auf LYNK & CO 01 werden die Modelle 02, 03 und so weiter als komplette Reihe folgen. Schon die Namen sollen unter Beweis stellen, wie die Marke bisherige Branchenkonventionen herausfordert und vereinfachen wird.

Die Gestaltungsvorgaben waren einfach: die Autos sollten sich von der Masse absetzen und eine globale Zielgruppe ansprechen. Wir erkennen an, dass unsere Nutzer technisch äußerst versiert sind. Die Innenausstattung unserer Fahrzeuge spiegelt genau das wider und fügt sich in den Kontext moderner Technologie ein.
