Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The company serves a growing base of general contractors across diverse project types and industry verticals, with a particularly strong presence in the datacenter construction sector. Gemspring's investment will enable Sitemetric to accelerate product development and investment in go-to-market resources to support its growth trajectory.
