Geneca Announces the Promotion of Ann Nobis to Vice President of Service Delivery

OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., June 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Custom software development firm, Geneca, is proud to announce the promotion of Ann Nobis from Client Partner to Vice President of Services Delivery.  In this capacity, Ms. Nobis will provide the leadership and direction to help Geneca's delivery organization repeatedly execute on services, deliver on its promise of predictability, and scale to meet client needs.

As a key member of Geneca's executive team, Ms. Nobis will play a strategic role in aligning the strengths of Geneca's delivery organization with its growth strategy. She will also be closely involved in forging relationships with new and existing clients and building a culture where Genecians can grow and flourish.

Ms. Nobis comes to Geneca from Hewitt Associates, the global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm, where she was Global CTO of Hewitt's Consulting Group. In this role she was responsible for technology strategy and application development, client implementations and operations in North America, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. Ann is a graduate of Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and Illinois State University.
