General Cannabis, Inc. Signs Contract to Acquire Assets of Synergistic Resources, Medical Management Services, Call Center

COSTA MESA, Calif., Dec. 6, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Today General Cannabis, Inc. (OTCPK: CANA) formerly LC Luxuries Limited (OTCPK: LLUX) announces it has signed closing documents to purchase substantially all of the assets of Synergistic Resources, LLC.  Synergistic Resources, LLC dba Marijuana Medical Evaluation Centers (MMEC) specializes in the turn-key management of medicinal marijuana clinics throughout California.  The purchase is a combination of cash and stock, and the founder of Synergistic Resources, Brent Inzer, will immediately assume the position of Business Development.

Synergistic Resources founder Brent Inzer is delighted with the signing of the documents. "The medical management model we created over the past 4 years emphasizes superior internet marketing, which is exactly the same model that General Cannabis is rapidly expanding on, especially with the recent acquisition of Weedmaps.com.  We now will be able to scale the operation, including our existing call center that currently receives, on average, over 500 calls per day, to a much higher multiple.  We intend to manage more clinics in California, then expand outward. Ideally we'll be overseeing 20 medical clinics, or more, by year end 2011."
