Merger will bridge the technology gap between packaging materials and films to bring 100% plastic-free solutions to market at cost parity

This strategic consolidation follows significant performance achievements by both companies in the consumer goods sectors of food packaging and household cleaning. The newly combined entity, operating under the TerraSafe brand, will deliver a comprehensive portfolio of high-performance packaging solutions tailored for the food industry.
