Generational Equity Announces the Sale of Financial Supply, Inc., to American Solutions for Business

DALLAS, Sept. 26, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses, is pleased to announce the acquisition of its client, Financial Supply, Inc., (FSI), headquartered in Sainte Genevieve, Missouri, by American Solutions for Business, (American), headquartered in Glenwood, Minnesota. The transaction closed on April 1, 2013.   

Founded in 1974, FSI is a sales organization marketing bank supplies and promotional items. FSI specializes in supplying products used by financial institutions primarily in rural communities and services accounts in other industries such as healthcare and veterans facilities. Custom printing is provided to meet specific needs.

FSI's financial products include envelopes, imaging and other MICR encoded forms, teller and ATM supplies, as well as bookkeeping, loan, departmental supplies, and custom printed products.
