Geneva, the cosmopolitan and fascinating city of Switzerland, has been named "Europe's Leading City Break Destination 2014" at the World Travel Awards (WTA). Considered the 'Oscars' of Tourism, the city triumphed at the prestigious awards which took place in Athens, Greece on 2^nd August 2014. Already known by visitors as a leading business destination, this win marks the first time Geneva has been recognized as Europe's Leading City Break Destination at the WTA.
