Genpact Extends its European Footprint with a New Operating Center in Szczecin, Poland

NEW YORK, June 17, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global leader in business process management and technology services, has announced the opening of a new operating center in Szczecin, Poland. The new center, located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship province, will enable Genpact to expand its services portfolio in Europe and globally in order to help its clients achieve business impact and become more competitive.

From its new Szczecin site, Genpact is delivering various services including finance and accounting (F&A), supply chain and procurement, customer service, and banking back office services.  Genpact is currently serving several clients from the DACH region, including a leading bank and telecommunications solutions major, and has a strong pipeline including a global telecom operator.

The new center brings the total number of Genpact sites in Poland to three, following Lublin and Krakow.  As part of its site growth strategy and commitment to the regional workforce, Genpact will also be working closely with the faculty of Economics of The Szczecin University and The West Pomeranian University of Technology.
