NEW YORK, May 4, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global professional services firm focused on delivering outcomes that transform businesses, today announced that its board of directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.1375 per common share for the second quarter of 2023. The dividend is payable on June 26, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 9, 2023. The declaration of any future dividends will be at the discretion of the board of directors.
