Shultz, Distinguished Fellow, Hoover Institution, Stanford University, and Former U.S. Secretary of State, will deliver a speech on the U.S. economy past, present and what needs to be done at a dinner meeting of the Economic Club of New York.  Secretary Shultz will also be presented with the first Economic Club of New York Award for Leadership Excellence.
