Get Ready for an All Star End to Your Summer as Two of VH1's MVPs Return

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., July 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- As summer winds down, the drama heats up with two sizzling hot series premiering on VH1, Monday, August 22 beginning at 9PM ET/PT. La La takes on the bright lights of New York City in her new series "La La's Full Court Life." Newly married to NBA superstar, Carmelo Anthony, La La loves her new role as wife, mother, and actress. Watch as she returns to her roots in New York City while juggling her new exciting life.  While La La takes on New York, we're headed to Miami to watch T.O. tackle a new city and new personal challenges with his two right-hand women Monique and Kita on Season 3 of "The T.O Show." Faced with an unexpected and potentially career ending injury Terrell needs to act fast or his football career will come to an end. With returning favorites and new faces, "The T.O. Show" and "La La's Full Court Life" will give viewers an inside look into how crazy the sports spotlight can be.

"LA LA'S FULL COURT LIFE" SERIES PREMIERE MONDAY, AUGUST 22 AT 9:00PM ET/PT

VH1 is teaming up with actress and television personality La La Anthony in the new series "La La's Full Court Life" premiering August 22nd at 9PM ET/PT. The docu-series, will continue where the wedding special, "La La's Full Court Wedding" left off as La La and her husband, NBA Forward Carmelo Anthony, adjust to living in the spotlight in New York City. The wedding may be over but the fun is just beginning for La La. With the sudden news that her husband is being traded to the New York Knicks, La La will deal with new adventures in matrimony and parenthood as she prepares to move back home to New York City. Along the way, viewers will also see La La juggle her busy acting and television hosting career and seek advice from some of her famous friends, including 50 Cent, Kelly Rowland, Trina , Serena Williams and Ciara.

The ten, half-hour episode series is executive produced by Cris Abrego for 51 Minds Entertainment, La La Anthony and Carmelo Anthony for Krossover Entertainment, and Steven Grossman on behalf of The Collective. The series was created by Cris Abrego, La La Anthony and Steven Grossman.  51 Minds is an LLC Endemol Company, who also produced the record-breaking series "Rock of Love," "Flavor of Love," "Charm School," and "I Love New York."  The production teams' programming launched VH1 into their highest ratings ever. "THE T.O. SHOW" SEASON 3 PREMIERES MONDAY, AUGUST 22 AT 9:30PM ET/PT

Terrell, Monique and Kita are back and this time they are taking over Miami! Season three opens with dramatic and shocking never-before seen footage as cameras capture T.O.'s infamous ACL diagnosis and surgery followed by his painful post-op recovery.

After Kari refused his proposal last season, Terrell finds himself a free agent on and off the field. However, now with a serious knee injury, he must face the reality of life without football. Hoping to keep Terrell's off the field pursuits moving forward during his difficult rehab, Kita convinces Terrell to relocate to sunny Miami. But, the move isn't so easy for Mo. With a family to consider, she struggles with the decision to come to Miami which strains her relationship with Terrell. Eventually, the trio gets to Miami and the drama ensues. Fights, financial troubles, flings and rings make up an unforgettable adventure. Three seasons later, there's no way to predict what can happen during an "off season" for T.O., Mo, and Kita... But, the big question remains. Can Terrell really come back?
