NEW YORK, July 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GIBC Digital announced today that it has promoted Ross Mabon to Chief Operations Officer. Mr. Mabon will be responsible for executing the company's vision and will continue to develop a scalable infrastructure for the company's growing, global business. Prior to his promotion, Ross was the company's EMEA Head of Automation & Process Design, and he will continue to work from the company's London office.
Ross joined GIBC Digital in early 2017. Prior to joining, he was employed at UBS, where he was Head of Process Excellence for the United Kingdom and Poland, and was responsible for a portfolio of global programs delivering operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
Ross is a proven leader, with deep expertise in customer and cost transformations. He has over 20 years of experience and has held roles at RBS and British Telecom leading transformation programs, target operating model strategy, and operational functions. Ross is a graduate of the University of Strathclyde, with a Bachelor of Engineering.
