NEW YORK, March 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- GIBC Digital announced today that it has hired Gino Bautista to head its Business Intelligence Group. Mr. Bautista will be responsible for leading teams in New York, London, Hong Kong, and Singapore from the company's headquarters in Brooklyn. He will also serve as a member of the company's advisory board.
Mr. Bautista comes to GIBC Digital after 7 years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, where he most recently founded and managed the BI Lab, within the Business Intelligence Group, which delivered integrated analytics and visualization solutions to the Global Investment Management business. Bautista also has experience working with J. P. Morgan's big-data-warehouse architecture and Gaia, its private cloud solution. Prior to that, he spent 3 years in Hong Kong building J.P. Morgan Asset Management's first centrally managed digital operations team, aligning 9 countries into a global organization. He also held positions at AIG and graduated from Stevens Institution of Technology, with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering.
As a seasoned leader with experience in driving digital-transformation initiatives that employ enterprise-wide platform solutions alongside business intelligence capabilities, Mr. Bautista is an attractive acquisition for GIBC Digital.
