This evolution reflects the consolidation of pre-existing platforms which have long stewarded landmark destinations such as Highland Park Village, located in Dallas, Texas, and numerous other premier assets across the country.

The Summers Group, led by Stephen Summers, will act as exclusive leasing agent to Highland Park Village as well as non-exclusive leasing agent to the other three core properties.
