PLACERVILLE, Calif., Oct. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Homeowners and businesses using air conditioning units manufactured before 2010 will face increasingly higher costs to maintain their cooling systems due to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) ban on the use of the refrigerant known as R-22.
