Gimme Launches Micro Markets App & AutoDrive Software

ATLANTA, Dec. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Gimme, maker of innovative unattended retail technology that provides executives with sales, cash, inventory, and service data, today announced the public availability of a progressive new app for the management of micro markets and a new inventory automation software designed for micro markets and traditional vending machines. The latest additions to the Gimme product suite will continue to streamline productivity and profitability for its customers.

Markets App
Dubbed "Markets," the new mobile app is purpose-built specifically to service and manage micro markets, allowing drivers to inventory markets twice as fast as ever before, even in areas without a cell signal.

Whether route drivers are servicing vending machines, micro markets, or both, the new app saves time by allowing them to use the same device to service their entire route. In fact, the time it takes to fully inventory a micro market is decreased by over 50 percent, with Nanomarkets taking less than 15 minutes to inventory.

The Gimme Market app puts market pick lists into a simple list view, allowing users to make additions or subtractions to product counts on-the-go. This increases accuracy of products going in to the market, in case an error was made during the picking process.

• Automatically variable spot check inventories that identify the products most likely contribute to shrink, whether high theft or high volume.
• Runs as a native mobile app, not web-based. Thus, drivers aren't waiting for individual pages to load.
• Training process is simplified for new market drivers.

The new product is $20 per market per month, with an introductory price available to customers who bundle the Markets app with Gimme's vending products, at $10 per market per month.

Gimme's Markets app is available today on both iOS platforms, iPad® and iPhone®, and is compatible with all versions of 365 Retail Markets kiosks. Integrations with other market providers will be announced in early 2019. In the future, additional features and products may become available to enable increased functionality.

AutoDrive Software
The newly-developed AutoDrive software automates the inventory process from start to finish. This creates perfect planograms, perfect inventories, automatically every time. Using an iOS device camera, drivers quickly scan the vending machine or market and it automatically counts and identifies products in a micro market or vending machine. This eliminates the time spent manually counting inventory, allowing drivers to complete a perfect inventory every service visit. The software must be used with the Markets app or Gimme's vending products. AutoDrive will be available January 15, 2019 to Gimme Markets or Vending app customers.
