Glasshouse Realty Group launches luxury brand for residential real estate

Glasshouse Luxury plans to become the go-to leader for luxury listings in the tristate area

DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Glasshouse Realty Group — a full-service real estate brokerage with 10 offices throughout Ohio — formally launched Glasshouse Luxury, a business line dedicated to servicing high-end residential real estate transactions. The launch of Glasshouse Luxury, which coincides with the closing of a $2.2 million property sale in Washington Township, will expand the brokerage's footprint across the Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus metropolitan areas.

Properties that sold for $500,000 or more accounted for 5.4% of the brokerage's transactions in 2024. Kunal Patel, Glasshouse broker/co-owner, forecasts the top-quarter of producing agents will represent luxury clients in 2025 and beyond. "Glasshouse has seen explosive growth because of the culture we create and caliber of agents we attract," said Patel. "Glasshouse Luxury is hyper focused on delivering white-glove service and tailored marketing solutions for a distinct client base."

Glasshouse Luxury listings will be advertised with Zillow Showcase, an AI-powered platform reserved for only 10% of listings in a market. Showcase listings receive prioritized exposure in Zillow search results and feature interactive visuals that attract more views, saves and shares than non-Showcase listings. In addition to premium marketing capabilities, the brokerage is well positioned to serve the luxury market with its extensive connections throughout the regional business community. "Our relationships with Chamber of Commerce divisions throughout the area give us a deep understanding of the business landscape that motivates high-earning clientele," he added. Glasshouse Realty Group finished 2024 with a 95% increase in year-over-year sales volume and a 57% increase in agent count. Its expansion into the residential luxury market bodes well for further gains by year-end.
