Global Agri-trade Corporation Announces the Commissioning of Budi Feed Sdn Bhd Expanded Facility and GMP+ Certification

LONG BEACH, Calif., May 3, 2016 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Global Agri-trade Corporation (GATC), a premier importer of palm oil based animal nutrition products, announces that Budi Feed Sdn. Bhd., a Bhatt Holdings company, has commissioned an expansion of its NURISOL Calcium Salts manufacturing facility in Malaysia.  The expansion has resulted in a doubling of the NURISOL production capacity.  In April 2016, Budi Feed Sdn. Bhd. has earned GMP+ and HACCP accreditation for the facility.

The Budi Feed facility expansion has resulted in an immediate increase in NURISOL production and manufacturing efficiencies.  The expansion allows Budi Feed to supply GATC with significant additional volumes to the dairy farmers in over 20 countries, including USA, Canada, Argentina, China, Japan, Turkey, and Germany.  Dairy farmers across the world will gain from the increased availability of the high quality energy feed supplement.

In March, Budi Feed completed the GMP+ certification for B2 Production of Feed Ingredients audit process and received accreditation.
