Prior to her tenure at Benefit Cosmetics, Michelman served as General Manager of Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, North America (part of Estée Lauder Companies), CMO at NEST New York (formerly NEST Fragrances), and held various leadership roles at L'Oréal.
