Global Coaching Profession Celebrates International Coaching Week

LEXINGTON, Ky., Feb. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Thousands of people from around the world experienced the proven power of coaching, many for the first time, during International Coaching Week (ICW), February 5-11, 2012.

Leading up to International Coaching Week the ICF encouraged coaches to share their planned activities for the weeklong celebration. The events poured in from all parts of the world. Coaches commemorated the weeklong celebration in a variety of ways, through coaching workshops, conferences, demonstrations, educational lectures, career fairs, and other special events.
