CAMPBELL, Calif., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Nimsoft, a CA Technologies company, today announced that Global Data Systems (GDS), a leading provider of network solutions, will deploy the Nimsoft Monitoring Solution (NMS) to replace multiple tools in its network operations center (NOC).

NMS enables unified monitoring of client infrastructures — virtually eliminating the need to manage and integrate multiple disparate monitoring tools — while adding significant value with an intuitive client-facing portal and automated alerting features. NMS also supports GDS's strategic migration to more virtualized, cloud-based infrastructure.

NMS will also reduce GDS's scripting and management workloads without compromising functionality.
