Global Design Firm Idean Appoints Second Member Of Advisory Board

PALO ALTO, Calif., March 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Global design firm Idean has today announced the appointment of the second member of its Advisory Board, Lawrence (Larry) M. Chu. He is well-respected across North America for providing strategic and legal advice to boards, entrepreneurs and executives within technology companies, private equity and corporate governance groups, in particular in the technology and consumer verticals.

Mr. Chu is Head of Technology M&A on the West Coast for Goodwin Procter LLP and has over 17 years experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other strategic transactions. He is recognized as one of the top 50 M&A lawyers in North America. In addition to his practice, Mr. Chu serves on a number of Advisory Boards for companies such as Zarbees, Fahrenheit 212, OLLY, and Waygum. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Crowdfunder.com.
