The conversation will explore "Longevity: The Next Frontier of Luxury." Talking points include:

• Why longevity is the new luxury
• Extending the guest relationship beyond the stay through residential real estate and urban longevity clubs
• Where owners and investors see opportunity in the longevity economy

"I'm honored to join the ILHA and engage in such a meaningful discussion about the future of luxury hospitality. Jonathan and his team continue to drive innovative dialogue in our industry and I look forward to a robust conversation about why longevity is the new luxury," said Nazarian.

"Sam has spent his career seeing where luxury is going before the rest of the industry gets there," said Jonathan Edelheit, Co-founder of ILHA. "His move into longevity is one of the most important conversations in hospitality right now, and our audience of owners, operators and developers will want to hear how he is building it."
