Management Consulting Firm Grows Talent with Addition of Former Pfizer VP
STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Continuing to strengthen and expand its global capabilities, Schaffer Consulting announces the advancement of its leadership team's universal experience with the addition of Rachna Karrol, an international human resources and leadership development expert who recently joined the firm as a partner.

Rachna comes to Schaffer Consulting from Pfizer Pharmaceuticals where she served as vice president of talent and organization capability in both the commercial and manufacturing divisions. In this role, Rachna was responsible for recruiting and developing top talent internationally, providing executive coaching support and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives. Prior to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, she worked in the financial and legal industry. Rachna holds a Masters in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Michigan State's Labor School and a BA from the State University of New York at Oswego.
