ATLANTA, Aug. 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Net Access (GNAX), a leader in Infrastructure-as-a-Service and cloud hosting services, announces that it will demonstrate its newest cloud solutions based on VMware vCloud Director technology at the VMworld cloud computing conference in San Francisco, August 30 – September 2. GNAX is offering an exclusive look into its new technology called Enterprise Cloud Instance (ECI), which is a new multi-tenant cloud offering based on VMware vCloud Director. VMware vCloud Director was just announced this morning by VMware at VMworld, and GNAX is the only Service Provider Partner demonstrating a vCloud Director based solution in the Solutions Exchange exhibitor hall.
"We are excited about our partnership with VMware and the new capabilities that vCloud Director will give our customers," said GNAX President, Jeff Hinkle. "We have been working with VMware to develop the new vCloud Director and create our new solution, which allows clients to manage their infrastructure in a flexible and automated fashion. For example, you can buy a dedicated pool of resources and create policy-based, automated allocations of those resources to different parts of your organization, simplifying deployment and lowering costs dramatically."
In addition to ECI, GNAX will demonstrate its existing private cloud offering, Virtual Private Data Center (VPDC) as well. GNAX will offer private demonstrations to existing and potential GNAX clients and industry analysts and affiliates.
VMworld attendees may visit the GNAX booth #539 in the Solutions Exchange. GNAX sales and technology professionals will be on site to discuss the latest virtualization technologies and give demonstrations of ECI and VPDC. Those who receive a demonstration will be entered into a drawing to win an Apple iPad or 6 months of free cloud services from GNAX. Stop by the booth for details.
