NEW YORK, Dec. 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Net Lease, Inc. ("GNL") (NYSE: GNL) announced today that, pursuant to the prior authorization of its board of directors, GNL intends to pay monthly dividends at an annualized rate of $0.71 per share or $0.1775 per share on a quarterly basis. Dividends will be paid on a monthly basis to stockholders of record at the close of business on the 8th day of each month, payable on the 15th day of such month, in each case, unless such date is a non-business day.
Accordingly, on January 15, 2016, February 15, 2016 and March 15, 2016, GNL will pay a dividend of $0.059166667 per share to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 8, 2016, February 8, 2016 and March 8, 2016, respectively.
