Global Showdown Takes the Stage, Final Countdown Begins for HOTELEX Chengdu

SHANGHAI, June 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Annual catering retail sales figures reached CNY44.939 billion in 2012, with an increase of 18.1%. Seventy-two five-star hotels located in Chengdu or surrounding areas have begun construction during 2013 to 2015, which has attracted many international and domestic hotel groups. 2015 China Barista Championship (CBC) – Chengdu division

China Barista Championship (CBC) has marched into its 13th year with 20 division competitions covering the eastern, northern and southwestern regions of China. Champions representing 20 division competitions will gather at HOTELEX Shanghai 2015 to battle it out for a spot at World Barista Championship 2015.

Chengdu will become the first division of 2015 China Barista Championship and will open on 8 August. As the organisers of Chengdu division, ManyCoffee and Sichuan Hotel Association Coffee and Western Committee have chosen HOTELEX Chengdu as the competition area. Registration for CBC has officially begun – join to get a chance on the world stage.
