Global X Funds Announces Index And Name Changes For Two ETFs

NEW YORK, Aug. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Global X Funds, the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), announced that after the close of trading tomorrow the Global X FTSE Argentina 20 ETF (NYSE Arca: ARGT) and the Global X Nigeria Index ETF (NYSE Arca: NGE) will begin tracking MSCI Indexes.  ARGT, with $35m¹ in assets under management, will be renamed the Global X MSCI Argentina ETF and track the MSCI All Argentina 25/50 Index.  NGE, with $20m¹ in assets, will become the Global X MSCI Nigeria ETF and track the MSCI All Nigeria Select 25/50 Index.
