Globally Recognized Creative Leader, Alfonso Marian, Joins Ogilvy in New York

NEW YORK, July 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Highly awarded and recognized global creative leader Alfonso Marian is joining OgilvyOne in New York as Chief Creative Officer reporting to North American Chief Creative Officer Steve Simpson and partnering with Mat Zucker, also Chief Creative Officer for OgilvyOne.

A direct marketing veteran of the top agencies in Spain, Alfonso's work has been rewarded with over 80 top creative awards recognizing both breakthrough work and work that gets results. He is joining Ogilvy from Shackleton, Madrid, where he spent the past seven years building one of the world's most highly regarded creative agencies.

He began his career at CP Proximity in Madrid in 1994, where he rose through the ranks before joining Shackleton in 2004.
