Applications are welcomed from experienced working professionals, business owners, and industry experts representing areas such as healthcare administration, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, research, healthcare services, operations, innovation, customer experience, and related disciplines.

Selected judges serve in a volunteer capacity and evaluate assigned nominations through a structured process based on defined scoring criteria. Judges are expected to evaluate the achievement presented in each nomination based on the information and supporting materials provided.
