Mrs. Smith has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at New Penn Financial where she managed an operations channel for the company. Prior to that, she worked at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where she was directly responsible for the growth, development and profitability of the mid-Atlantic retail channel.  During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Mrs. Smith was also responsible for dramatically increasing their FHA and VA loan funding by developing an extensive sales and operations training program. Having served in various management roles for several influential firms, Mrs. Smith's diverse experience makes her ideally suited for GMH Mortgage's strategic growth plan.
