NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pa., June 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- GMH Mortgage Services LLC ("GMH"), a nationally-recognized Mortgage Banker, headquartered in Newtown Square, PA, is pleased to announce three new additions to their management team. John Santangelo joins as Vice President of Finance and Accounting, Jacqueline ("Jackie") Burley joins as Assistant Vice President of Processing and Joanne Harris as Assistant Vice President of Underwriting.

Mr. Santangelo has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry and most recently worked at GMAC Mortgage in Fort Washington, PA where he was their Manager of Financial Reporting and was responsible for financial reporting and corporate accounting.  Prior to that, Mr. Santangelo spent 3 years with Wilmington Finance as their Vice President of Pricing and Analytics where he was responsible for revenue and income goals, pricing strategies and management of their analytics group.

Mrs. Burley brings a wealth of leadership expertise in sales, underwriting and processing, backed with over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In her previous position as Vice President, Fulfillment Leader for Bank of America, Mrs. Burley provided oversight for both underwriting and processing for a regional fulfillment center, allowing her to balance pipeline proficiency guided by key performance indicators. Mrs. Burley's unique experiences and hybrid background provides GMH with an innovative leader who understands the balance of pipeline efficiency coupled with an aggressive and successful delivery cycle for the origination team and their customers.

As GMAC Mortgage's Underwriting Manager, Mrs. Harris was responsible for the day-to-day management of their underwriting group, while providing support to all of their various lending channels. Mrs. Harris' thirty years of coaching expertise brings a dynamic to the underwriting department that embraces asset quality with a passion for service excellence.  Mrs. Harris' underwriting leadership at GMAC earned her numerous accolades from both the sales department and the underwriting team.  Mrs. Harris has a unique and diverse background in all aspects of underwriting, sales, operations and secondary.
