Cat's Meow
Whether you stick with sleek black or go wild with tiger or leopard, the perfect complement to any cat costume is a winged eye. First, create the perfect canvas by applying a full coverage foundation to give the cheeks a pop with bronzer and highlighter. Keep eye shadow simple with a bone shade over the entire lid, defining the crease with a taupe hue. Using a black eyeliner, draw a medium to thick line all along the upper lash line and extend at the outer corners, pulling the line upwards. Then use a smudgy soft kohl pencil along the lower lash line to create a blended smokey effect. Add EcoTools Naturally Beautiful Lash System in Wispy & Flared to give extra oomph to your outer edges. For more experienced beauty mavens, or for that extra boost of drama, layer the Barely There lashes directly on top at the outer corners, which will elongate the eye even more.  Add a coat of mascara to blend lashes with your natural ones, and finish off the look with a bright red lip, playful cat nose and whiskers.

Pretty, Pretty Princess
Halloween is a chance to be royalty for a day, but for a more mature dress-up look, go easy on the glitter and get a come-hither flirty flutter that your prince charming won't be able to resist.  Apply face primer and foundation with a luminizer; then set with powder and a dusting of pink-toned blush.  Swipe a light pink shadow over the lids, and add depth to the crease and outer corners with a purple shadow. For a soft-focused effect, apply both shadows along the lower lash line, placing the darker shade closest to the eye.  Line the upper lash line and outer edges of the lower with a black liner and smudge.  Give eyes a lift by dabbing shimmery white shadow on the inner corners of the eye and just under the brow bone.  Carefully layer on a micro-powder shimmer in pink or gold over the entire lid for an essential, yet refined, princess sparkle. Use EcoTools Naturally Beautiful Lash System in Soft & Dramatic to up the flirtation factor and one coat of mascara to blend with your natural lashes.  Lastly, dab a sheer coating of baby-doll pink gloss over lips to complete the look.

Bewitchingly Beautiful
The key to a traditional witch costume is to convey the concept while keeping the look fabulous.  Adding green accents to a smokey eye is a sure fire way to achieve an utterly bewitching result. Start this look off with a coat of full coverage foundation, set with powder, and then contour cheekbones. Give brows a statement by filling them in and then brushing through a cream gold shadow.  Line the entire eye with a soft black liner, giving extra attention to the outer corners, and blend to soften the edges.   Line your water line to make sure no skin is visible between your makeup.  Apply a dark, forest green shade from the middle of your upper lid outwards, working it into the crease.  Blend the edges into the black liner and highlight just under the brow bone with a bone-colored shade. Use lighter green shadow on the inner corners of the eyes and along the lower lid, diffusing it under the eyes. Then lightly dust some of the light green shadow up above brows and down toward cheek bones for a witchy green glow. EcoTools Naturally Beautiful Lash System in Naturally Lush gives just enough glamour to be cute, not creepy. Add a coat of mascara to blend lashes with your natural ones. Keep the lip neutral with a peach or nude gloss.
