Camping and outdoor equipment specialist GO Outdoors announces the lucky winner of the Walking Blog Awards 2014 competition.
Earlier this year, GO Outdoors launched its first ever Walking Blog Awards. The company received many entries from a wide range of bloggers, including those who had contributed to famous publications, as well as those early in their blogging career.
After narrowing down the entries to just 15 bloggers, GO Outdoors left the final decision up to its customers, who voted for the winning blog in an online poll.
Voting closed on Friday 21February, leaving GO Outdoors with just one job left to do - announce the winner. The company announced today that the lucky winner of the GO Outdoors Walking Blog Awards 2014 was Keith Foskett, whose blog can be read at http://www.keithfoskett.com/.
Foskett received a massive 27 per cent of the votes, marking him as the clear winner of this year's blog awards. The long distance hiker has written for numerous publications, and has released three books about his travels and globetrotting adventures.
