("Gold Royalty" or the "Company") (NYSE American: GROY) will release its quarterly financial and operating results for the three months ending December 31, 2022 on Monday, March 27, 2023, after market close. As previously announced, the Company is changing its fiscal year end to December 31 commencing in 2023 to better align with the reporting cycle of our peers.

An investor webcast will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 starting at 11:00 am ET (8:00 am PT) to discuss these results.
