Golden State Overnight Delivery Service, Inc. ("GSO") Announces Strategic Alliance with Norco Delivery Services, Inc. ("Norco")

PLEASANTON, Calif., Dec. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- GSO announced today that it has entered into a Strategic Alliance Agreement with Norco. Under the terms of the Agreement, GSO will assume responsibility for all overnight package deliveries currently provided by Norco/OverniteExpress commencing on January 5, 2015. The Alliance will allow Norco to focus on the rapidly increasing demand for Same Day "Last Mile" Messenger, Mail and Courier Services.

GSO will continue to support Norco/OverniteExpress drop boxes, labeling and packaging.
