MILWAUKEE, March 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Gonzalez Saggio & Harlan LLP's public finance practice reached new heights in 2010. As reported by The Bond Buyer recently, the Firm broke into the top 10 underwriter's counsel nationally by principal amount of bonds issued, serving on 27 bond issues with a total value of nearly $7 billion. This is believed to be the first time that a minority-owned firm has achieved such a high ranking in this category.
