With this certification for GFE, public sector organizations and businesses across France are assured that their mobile data is secured with the highest certification level recognized internationally. The Common Criteria certification is recognized by several government organizations in charge of IT security across the globe, including ANSSI in France, BSI in Germany, CCN in Spain, SERTIT in Norway, and OSCI in Italy.

Common Criteria assesses the design and implementation of security-sensitive products and provides assurance that the specification, implementation, and evaluation of each solution have been thoroughly analyzed.  EAL4+, the highest certification level recognized internationally under the Common Criteria program, is frequently conducted for products that are deployed in environments handling sensitive government data.
