Good Technology Extends Mobile Business Experience for Customers with New Ecosystem Partners

NEW YORK and SUNNYVALE, Calif., June 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Good Technology™, the leader in secure mobility, today announced new additions to the company's extensive and diverse ecosystem of Good-secured independent software vendors (ISVs) and partners, extending the capabilities of the Good Secure Mobility Solution. Good has the most comprehensive ecosystem of partners across the industry, with over 1200 unique custom and third party apps developed on the Good Dynamics® Secure Mobility Platform. The new Good-secured partners are enabling joint customers to enhance collaboration with more sophisticated secure app-to-app workflows and leverage additional mobile security features to protect their data. 

Earlier this year, Good announced the Good Dynamics Shared Services Framework now supports server-based services, and the company's just-announced mobile presence is the first server-based shared service that developers and ecosystem partners can now take advantage of. Among them is BoardPad, an industry-leading meeting and document collaboration solution that transforms directors' devices into highly secure digital board and meeting packs, accessible on or offline from any location. Integrated with the Good-secured ecosystem, BoardPad is leveraging this new feature to provide enhanced communication and status awareness between C-suite users. Presence information within BoardPad for Good informs users of availability of other meeting participants, updated live, with information supplied by Good Connect™ and Microsoft Lync.

Good continues to build out its diverse ecosystem of ISV apps that are leveraging the Good Dynamics platform to address specific needs for joint customers through secure mobile apps. New partners announced today include CellTrust, Code Red, Infraware Polaris Office and InterPro, delivering enhanced functionality ranging from secure SMS and secure research management access to more sophisticated document editing and collaboration. 

In addition to introducing new mobile apps into the Good-secured ecosystem, Good is delivering extended app management capabilities with partners like AirPatrol Corporation. AirPatrol's ZoneDefense is a mobile device security platform for wireless and cellular networks that can detect, monitor and manage the behavior of smartphones, tablets, laptops and other mobile devices based on their location. Good is also highlighting a partnership with Solstice-Mobile, a leading provider of enterprise innovation and mobility solutions, to provide joint customers with custom applications built on the Good Dynamics platform that leverage Good's industry-leading security framework.

Good today also announced a new Trusted Authentication Framework, enabling select enterprise app developers and independent software vendors (ISVs) across the Good-secured ecosystem to easily leverage innovative multi-factor authentication methods. Early access Good Trusted Authenticator partners include Biometrics Associates, EyeVerify, Intercede, Mi-Token and Precise Biometrics.

In addition, the company announced Good for Salesforce1, a new app that brings together the world's #1 CRM platform with the industry's most widely-deployed secure mobility platform and container solution.
