Gordon Biersch's legendary garlic fries are tossed in olive oil and seasoned with freshly chopped garlic and parsley. Dan Gordon, co-founder of Gordon Biersch, was inspired by one of his professors to create the recipe as a late-night snack, while as a student in the prestigious five-year brewing program at the world-renowned University of Munich in Weihenstephan, West Germany.
