Gordon Brothers Group to Sell Equipment Formerly Owned by Hodges Trucking Company, L.L.C.
BOSTON, June 18, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Gordon Brothers Group, a global advisory, restructuring and investment firm specializing in the industrial, consumer products and retail sectors, announced today that it has executed a definitive agreement with Rodan Transport (U.S.A) Ltd. and Hodges Trucking Company, L.L.C. to acquire a large portion of Hodges' fleet of heavy haul and mobile crane equipment. Headquartered in Oklahoma City, OK, Hodges is one of the largest rig-moving companies in the energy industry.
The assets acquired by Gordon Brothers Group's Commercial & Industrial Division are comprised of nearly 350 pieces of equipment across six locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Pennsylvania and Ohio. The assets include mobile cranes (all terrain, truck mounted and crawler), truck tractors, trailers, forklifts/loaders and service trucks.
