Goulston & Storrs Attorney Yareni Sanchez Named 2025 LCLD Fellow; Attorneys Alexandria Williams and Ye-Eun Sung Named 2025 LCLD Pathfinders

BOSTON and NEW YORK, Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Goulston & Storrs, an Am Law 200 firm, is pleased to announce that Yareni "Yari" Sanchez has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow for 2025. The LCLD Fellows Program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations the opportunity to develop leadership skills and build meaningful relationships within the legal profession.

Additionally, Ye-Eun Sung and Alexandria "Andria" Williams  have been named 2025 LCLD Pathfinders and will participate in the seven-month Pathfinder Program, which provides high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession while gaining foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.

Yareni "Yari" Sanchez is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Group, where she provides clients with valuable assistance in development, permitting, zoning, acquisition, disposition, financing, and related matters. She represents clients in the development of mixed-use, office, retail, institutional and multi-family residential projects across the United States. Her work often involves complex projects, such as multi-phased, master-planned developments, office/lab space projects, and ground lease developments. Sanchez was a LCLD Pathfinder in 2020. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from Columbia University.

She works on a range of complex transactional matters, providing critical support to the firm's senior lawyers on corporate transactions of all kinds. She received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston College Law and her B.A. from Wellesley College.

Alexandria "Andria" Williams is an associate in the firm's Tax Group advising U.S. corporations, S corporations, and REITs on the tax implications related to a variety of mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions. She also researches and advises on tax structures, facilitates stock purchase agreements, handles SEC filings, and drafts prospectus disclosures for the issuances of equity securities. She received her LL.M from New York University School of Law, her J.D. from Washington University School of Law, and her B.A. from the University of Virginia.
